We hired Jeanie C [redacted] and Island Contact LLC to manage and rent our property in HawaiiInitially she arranged a good long term government rental for usShe was doing a pretty good job and our unit was kept wellHowever, at this point it would seem she is running some sort or rental scamOur property was rented illegally and we received no money and in fact incurred outrageous utility bills and fines as a resultNot to mention loss of property in the unitI would caution anyone looking into this company for rentals to not do soWe are making sure our unit is protected from anyone involved with Island Contact and Jeanie C [redacted] from here on out and any rentals she has arranged will be null and void

I would caution anyone looking into this company for rentals to not do so. We are making sure our unit is protected from anyone involved with Island Contact and Jeanie C[redacted] from here on out and any rentals she has arranged will be null and void.
