We turned in a tank for hydro and VIP in January 2015. My husband was given a two to three week turn around. We turned in two tanks for O2 cleaning on Feb. 4, 2015 with the same turnaround. One month later, my husband went in and was informed of a delay. He went in once a week following that until we went on vacation on May 20, 2015. While we were gone, I contacted the shop via Facebook messenger, with the response that they would look for our tanks. All three were retrieved. The cost for the O2 cleaning was recompensed as it had not been done. The hydro/VIP had been done in April, and the tank left unfilled for over a month. The shop owner refused to admit to safety issues and basically dismissed me via Facebook messenger. To this day he has not owned up to any safety issues, and it appears I am persona non grata in his shops since all I serve is to agitate him. I fear the business has become too large for him to control, particularly when his downline shop workers say that nothing that has been subcontracted is their issue. I have serious doubts that any work is done appropriately, and this is not the first time the Schofield shop has lost my tanks. I will not go back again, nor will I recommend Island Divers to my friends.
