Was call to ***s house in the winter arrived there he had no water we gave estimate to replace seal down inside their well on pitless adapter Changed PSI switch flushed and clean well for $on pitless adaptor to buy is very expensive when you buy them they have o rings glued on
You can also by replacement o rings So we installed one for him we had to glue it on and used tape to hold in place for glue to dry (thats why the tape was there) It was very cold outside and glue may not have set up.He never called to say anything was wrong We did call a few times to make sure everything was working ok Never got an answer He is not home much he is a truck driver He has a yr warranty on labor/parts All he needed to do is call when we arrived the line was frozen from well to the tank me and my employee took care of that and got water going to tank His plumbing lines were frozen and we told him to call a plumber to get lines thawed so he could have water. Did not change no service fee for trips Most companys charge $fee each trip.Me and employee pulled pitless adaptor up out of well replace seal $60.00Clean and chlorinate well/and flushed it need it badly $150.00Change PSI switch $normally would cost $& upWe try our best to help everyone we do above and beyond Our reviews speaks for itself. Responding back to customers second rebuttle First of all we did come out the two times and the first time we got there we thought the pump was out, we came back the second time with another meter and it said the same thing We loosened up the pitless adapter and pulled it up on the well casing then we realized the line from the well to the well tank was frozen We repaired that and got the line open for him and we realized the oil ring was bad so we changed the oil ring It was so cold out and there was snow on the ground, it was one of the coldest days of last winter It was so cold that we gived the oil ring on it and put tape around it to hold it in place My employee then put chlorine in the well and chemicals to clean the well The owner was watching him through the window the whole time as he was cleaning out the well We then got water and hooked everything back up and we got water running from the well to the tank and the owner knows this is true as well From the well tank to the plumbing was frozen and that is what supplies the water, so I gave him some tips on now to thaw it with some fans and turn the heat up At not one time did I tell him his well tank was bad, I just told him it was old and to keep an eye on it Most companies would charge between and $to come out and we didn't charge anything like this and I am serious about my job I go above and beyond to satisfy my customers I feel that we did everything we could for this customer on a cold winter day Other companies would've sold him a pump and a tank but we didn't and I feel that these other companies are jealous and told him to send this in to you guys, the Revdex.comWe are an old company and if you look on YP,our reviews speak for themselves.Sincerely, J & L

First off, they only came out to my residence 1 time. He said he didnt charge to come out. The only thing he said he did was replace a seal. Which I believe he replaced it, but it was not the correct size so they put black tape around it. Tape doesn't hold around water and fell off, in which this is when we found all this out. He didn't flush the well or put in any chlorine in it. He did not replace the psi switch, that is a complete lie as well. He never called to ask if there had been any other problems, or to make sure we approved of his services. He even stated we needed a new tank, just by looking at it, which come to find out we don't need a new one. Thank God we didn't have him replace that too. All he did was give us a run for our money.

Brian Bresee
