Unreliable.

Never fixed a persistent air conditioning problem on a system they installed.

Waited and waited, nothing but excuses. Always so busy.

Finally I gave up on them.

Had to hire a reputable firm to come repair problem and they came in one day and fixed it !!.

Had two firms come in and both claimed problem was due to faulty installation by Island Energy.

One company asked if I had done the install myself and they laughed at the excuses Island Energy gave me.

That cant be good.

Owner talked good but just could not get the job done.
