[redacted] signed off on the service sheet as completed.She noted no other issue at the time.She wrote:"STILL UNDER WARRANTY TILL 5/13/17??HOPEFULLY NOTHING GOES WRONG BETWEEN NOW AND THENIN THE MEANTIME, THANK YOU AND BE BLESS"[redacted] ***I did inform her to call her dealer to discuss and check out the issue

I had a three way discussion with [redacted] and ***, the servicer, and we agreed that he would go out and inspect the chair and get photos as neededWe would proceed from there.Ed D [redacted]

Still trying to get in contact with the dealer regarding the left side of lift chairThat the left side of chair makes thump sound while risingHave informed Ed of Golden Technologies of this issueIn which he said I need to get in contact with the dealer of the lift chair As it stand at this moment the lift chair still isn't repaired correctly.
