Island Fresh Laundry

Review: My last two laundry deliveries of 9/**/13 and 9/*/13 were missing clothes. Two pairs of brand new Levi's, a pair of cargo shorts and various bath towels. I contacted [redacted] who I've always been in contact with since I started with Island Fresh Laundry and he told me he would look to see if someone else got my clothes and would find out about reimbursing me. I never received a call back. I've left numerous voicemails to Island Fresh Laundry leaving my name and number and what the matter was about and no one has bothered calling me back. I love the voicemail message they leave "your call is important to us" - I think not! I started using their laundry service back in March 2013. The first time I used them they lost my entire load of laundry and reimbursed me. I decided to give them a chance despite them losing my clothes. I've had clothes delived to me that don't belong to me and I once had my laundry delivered to my neighbor's house instead of mine. I just can't understand the level of bad customer service. I honestly feel like they think if they ignore my calls I'll go away. I have no car or else I would be down at the physical location to take care of this matter in person. I just want them to reimburse me for what I'm owed for my lost clothes.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for my clothes in cash. These were expensive jeans and shorts that were carelessly lost.
