Review: I ordered a bed from this store back in July I was told the bed would be shipped by July [redacted] and it was not. When the bed arrived two days later it was not the product that I ordered. I told the people who delivered it to take it back because I did not want it. I was then contacted a few days later by the salesperson in the store who sold the bed to me, and she asked me if I wanted to order it again. When we were in the store that day she never told me that all sales were final and that if I didn't want it I couldn't return it. I explained to her that I did not and that the bed was not what I ordered in the store. It looked completely different. She told me okay. However I was contacted via mail in September with a letter stating that I was being charged still for the bed. When I initially called my card company the representative whom I spoke with stated that the furniture store put the order through again in August, meanwhile the last contact I had with this company was when I was asked if I wanted to order the bed again I said no. I was then told that I would have to pay for a bed that I do not have.Desired Settlement: I don't want to pay what I owe on my credit card. Its unjust and this company is taking advantage of people.
