This client purchased a spray package at a 50% discount on mothers day sale rateprice of her package at the time was $She received a discount of 50% which amounted to $discount because she bought her package on a special sale dayThe customer messaged me that she showered
too soon after the spray tan and she saw the tan develop but after the shower it was goneI told her to wait longer next time before she showered and offered to replace her tan for no costShe declined that offerI also offered to add in additional products to extend the tan, which she again declinedThe second time she went through the machine she did not add a bronzer and this was by her choiceWe explain to all clients that without an added bronzer the solution is clear and will only enhance your natural pigmentation*** is fair skin and she must use a bronzer to see drastic color improvementThis was by her choice that she declined to add the cosmetic bronzer that causes the darkest resultsI mentioned several times we do not offer refunds because there are too many things outside the salons control that can influence a bad sprayPoor skin management being the first and showering too soon after is the secondSince she got the sprays as well at a discounted rate she would have paid more had we offered a refund because she would have then paid full price for the tans and not 50% offspay tan is currently $*** paid less than $for 5. I personally, The owner of the salon, offered to replace her tans as a customer service gesture*** also signed a waiver which I have attached before tanning which fully explained that the staff would explain to her the proper care of her skin & the equipment and that she was using the equipment at her own risk. It is unfortunate that the client did not take our suggestions and advice on what to use for her skin tone and didn't get the results that she desired because of her own neglectI tried everything I could to keep her happy aside from a refund as we simply do not offer them and she would have paid more had we offered the refund because she purchased them 1/offI offered to replace the tans but Ms*** did not want that. Ms*** kept coming back to the salon without contacting me and used all of her spray's plus oneShe should have ensured that she had a spray left the day she came back in to tan before going through the booth againShe was obviously happy with the outcome of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th spray or she wouldn't have come back again for the 6th sprayAt the time she came in for the 6th spray she was charged full price with a 10% discount for any trouble*** then contacted me again demanding a refund for the 6th sprayShe must pay for her product she uses and if she would have notified me anytime prior to going in for the 6th spray the outcome may have been different

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner left out that I was not told BEFORE the service that I need to be charged additionallyHad I known this I would have never continued serviceI was only trying to use the products that I had paid for since I was unable to have a refundI dont think it was wrong to continue to use a service I had paid for
