first complaint with the Revdex.com that we have been made aware of in over years of
business.We have beenflying six passenger *** since and over 90% of all tour aircraftaround the world are ***.To provide optimumviewing for all of our passengers, we have equipped our *** with ceiling to floor glasswindows and doors.Obviously since the windows are glass, therewill be glare.We doadvise and encourage our customers to wear darkclothing; we evenprovide black T-Shirtsfor those customers who
show up for a flight in light clothingIn other words,we do try, within reasons, to minimize the reflection withinthe aircraftMr*** failedto state that the woman in the co-pilot seat did indeed have a blackshirt on; it is her skin that he had a problem withWe cannotand will not discriminate the color of someone'sskinWe fly with our doorson for the safety and comfort of all of our passengersUnlikethe doors off Hughes which cannotfly with anyoneunder the age of 12, we are able to accommodate families with infantsand young children.Weadvertise in print, on the web, and when the guest calls us direct that our flight is an air tour not a photo flight which is why we give our customersa aerial photo CD comprised of professional doors off photos from our charters for their computer.The first sentencein Mr***' complaint statesthe reason for his complaint. He wanted the front seats, period His pictures would not necessarily have been any better in the front seat
versus the back seat as there is still going to be a certain amount of glare at some point during the tour as we have no controlover the effects of sun versus glass.We flew all day on the 27th of Februaryas itwas a beautiful day, allareas of the islandwere accessible for viewingThe only complaint received for the day was from Mr*** We provided a great air tour which included landingat Hawaii's most famouswaterfall .We are able to fly passengers a day on** ** *** *** * *** *** *** * *** *** * *** *** ***l-- "'- -,$refund ($per person) even though the quality of his photos is not our responsibility At no time did we demand that he sign a receiptstating that he would not dispute it any further. If a customer
