The vehicle in question completely passed our inspection ! We had no reason to read the computer as there was no sign of a warning light on The water pump failed after delivery of the vehicle which is extremely rare ! We agreed to pay the FULL
amount quote of $ ***And he agreed to pay for a rental ! The vehicle was then taken to *** Where the quote was extremely higher then the previous licensed shopKnowing the circumstances and inconvenience Fredericton Mitsubishi paid $ *** towards the repairThe only problem we experienced was trying to get somebody to take our *** number as *** Dealership seemed to be confused after a few attempts somebody took paymentThe warranty implied is Motor and Transmission ! We feel that as a dealer we handled this matter in an appropriate manner Also there is a lot of miscued information in the complaint

This Business's explanation for not knowing there was a major issue with the vehicle they sold me lacks integrityTo advertise quite boldly on their Dealership website they do a thorough vehicle inspection "300% above industry standard" but not bother doing a basic code reading borders on advertising
I should not, as a customer purchasing a pre-owned vehicle in good faith, be expected bear the burden of additional repair costs, due to the dealership's misleading certification claims
As well, the response of the Business that I "agreed" to cover my rental car cost while awaiting repairs to my vehicle is accurate...because they REFUSED to pay for it***Even when it was explained the repairs could not be made in time due to their failure to take responsibility and approve some payment, they refused I had no choice but to rent another car and add to my growing debt involving the BMW purchase

To say I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of responsibility and ownership from this Business in response to this matter is an understatement*** to have a major mechanical issue occur with a vehicle purchased less than 3-weeks priorI had to make numerous phone calls and send multiple texts to the Business to make anything happen so that I had a vehicle upon my return from vacation
Please inform Fredericton Mitsubishi that I continue to seek full financial reimbursement of the repair costs I paid out of pocket for $***.***

times, not only by the Salesperson but also the Sales Manager She also initialed her acceptance of these terms in writing *** could have gotten one that we had in stock that was a different color for the exact price listed on the Mitsubishi Motors website We have had multiple conversations with *** around this transaction
In this situation *** got the exact same payment that she agreed to on the exact car she wanted

Please find attached the Bill of Sale, signed by ***, where she clearly accepted all of the costs associated with the transaction Over and above that, we actually found that we had made a $*** error and gave her a check for those additional funds within hours of her purchase
At the time of sale, we clearly indicated that we needed to incur costs to go get the vehicle that she wanted in Quebec, over charges from the dealership, etcand made it clear that the amount we needed to complete the transaction was exactly what you see on the attached document which she agreed to
