Review: Contract signed that workmanship & materials are guaranteed for the life of the home. I started contacting [redacted] in June of 2013. He finally called on August [redacted] and stated that he would come out and assess the problem. I have been calling trying to find out what happened to him setting up an appointment to come out with no avail. I have left numerous messages on both phone (###-###-#### & ###-###-####).Desired Settlement: I don't know if replacement is the right word. I would like to have the insulation restored to full capacity due to the fact that it has settled.
