We do not have a rental agreement on file from a Mr*** renting on 11/18/ He mentions his wife rented the car Perhaps the rental was in a different
name?
We have not been directly contacted by Mr***.
Please provide name of person who rented car, exact pick up & return dates.
Also the charges in the amount stated for gas charges and on the dates stated - we have no record for Please check dates, exact amount charged and please provide receipts Once we have
accurate information we can provide our copies on file
It is possible this renter was charged a refueling charge if they did not return the car full of gas We give every renter copies of the rental agreement conditions they have signed and in addition we verbally tell everyone
who rents from our company to please make sure they return the car rented full of gas as we do not have a refueling station at our location If a renter returns the rental car less than full, the price for
refueling is $per gallon Every renter from our company is reminded of this policy at the time of rental and upon returnMahalo

Our cleaning charges to Ms *** in December are validOur contract Ms *** signed upon rental clearly states and warns against leaving windows open or getting floorboards wetHere in Hawaii mold is very problematic and the car she rented was returned
soaking wetIt could not be rented for days as we had to apply heat lamps to properly dry out the interior and extensive cleaning followed.
Included here is the page of her contract that states our policy and informs her of the charge she would incur if said cleaning needed to be chargedAlso included is the signed rental agreementMahalo
