Aloha, I am not sure what this guy's deal is - however he submitted his quote request to us on 3rd of May, I asked him serveral times for pictures of his dogs, again on he submitted again May 22nd, this time I had the pictures as I had requested The 22nd of May is A Sunday and we are closed on SundaysOur quote form says we TRY to get back within hours, we are a small company and very busy this time of year He had pets, NINE, and I had to get further information from him such as pictures and breed clarification, aircraft space availability etc I went back and forth with him several times on emails He has his quote, perhaps he's just not happy with the cost, however this is a lot of pets, and includes crates, everything, this is not a small move He was given his quote on the 27th of May, and he has even viewed itWe have very good system that allows us to see when the client actually views, prints or saves the estimate He has a lot of animals, not just ONE dog, there is a lot to go off of, getting permissions from airlines for so many pets,etcthings take time and coordination I have attached his quote, the viewed times aboveWe do what we can for a small business during the rush move seasonPatience should not be unexpected when you are moving pets ~Kari M [redacted] - owner
