I came to the ER at Arlington, I had no insuranceWhen I received the statementI called and spoke with a Representative, explaining to her that I have no insurance and that I lost my jobI also lost my apartment and had to move in with my son She advised me that she will pull my file and place it in the charity of some kindI never heard back from her and I have not received another statement I assume she took care of itI get an alert from the credit bureau with them reporting meI felt they back stab me in my backShe lead me to believe that she was helping me, come to find out she allowed my file to be placed in collections If she wasn't to help me, she should have called me and advised me of another solutionWhen a person is reaching out to your company and advising them about the bill, first it shows concern about the bill I called in to resolve this issue of what I was told They keep telling me to call this number and that number I being on the phone over

On Jan my wife felt some contractions and had some spottingWe called her OBGYN office and we were told to take her to the hospital to be checked out The hospital have a major renovation and the main entrance to labor and delivery is sealed off and they directed us to a labor and delivery triage on the first floor where they do their preliminary evaluationOne we arrived my wife was put in a tiny room where they asked for urine sample and she was checked twice by labor and delivery RN and was told she has dilated centimetersAt PM they told us to go home and we were there less than hoursMy wife started having major contractions one hour after we got home and she was screaming in painWe called the Labor and delivery nurse twice and was told to give her some Tylenol and we had to wait until her contractions was minutes a part for a whole hourWe end up driving back to the hospital at AM just few hours after she was discharged and she was in full active labor

My child, *** ***, was seen at Medical City of Arlington in August At the time, as well as for his entire life we were on CHIPSWhen he was first born, he was insured under Amerigroup, however that was switched to Cooks Children by the time he was months oldMy son has had various health problems in which we visited the hospital numerous times and each time we went the correct insurance was provided
