Island Seas actually allowed another person to upgrade my timeshare to platinum, signed my name on the purchased agreement, and the contract; now they tell me that I am stuck in a 15 year contract, and there is nothing that I can do about it because my sister did it. Aren't they responsible for taking care of my information, and caring for their customers. This was all done while I was ill, and undergoing radiation treatments for liver disease. They gave my sister and her friends all kinds of perks for upgrading and signing my name. My sister says that one of the sale reps name Rhonda signed my name for her. Now there is nothing left for me but a expensive bill each month. They allowed my sister to come, bring all of her friends, and used everything up at a higher price for me. What can I do about this.
