Island Tan

Review: I cancelled my monthly tanning draft via telephone on 03/26/13. I was informed by Steve that if I would come to the salon on 03/30/13 that he would be glad to issue me a refund. When I arrived at the salon on 03/30/13 I was informed that Robin had spoken with their corporate attorney and the corporate attorney recommended that the refund be issued on my card so there would be a paper trail. As of today, 04/04/13 I still have not seen a refund. I don't care how the refund is issued to me via cash, check or debit card but I do want my refund and feel it should be expedited since I have elected to no longer do business with Island Tans. I provided Island Tans with a two-page letter cancelling my monthly draft and long-term relationship on 03/30/13. I decided to no longer do business with Island Tans for the following reasons: the manner in which they elected to communicate an increase regarding their monthly draft, fuzzy math, lack of customer service skills, and not taking into account long-term and loyal customer relationships. I have satisfied my obligation of providing ample notication to terminate my month to month agreement. It's time for them to step up to the plate and do the right thing and expedite my refund. They love their customers so it's time they started treating me like one for a change.Desired Settlement: pro-rated refund for remaining days in March (03/26/13-03/30/13)full refund for month of April
