Dr's and Nursing staff are professional, however when it comes to the front of the office, it is a completely different story I do not know if the staff is fully trained, but by my experiences and by others that have been there, it sounds like the answer is No The front desk workers had no idea what insurance they accept, even though on the phone they didI was told to come back even though I explained that it took me well over an hour to drive there, and my ride also took off of work! They then let me sit for an hour and then told me everything was okay, with No Apology for their mistake! Saw nurses and the Dr, they were very nice and professional and made me feel like they careUpon leaving I was told that I would get a call for my follow up appointment, to which I waited almost a week and ahalf with no response I called and was given the run around so I asked to speak to the office managerI explained the situation and she assured me that her staff Was professional and that I must be mistakenShe made me feel like I was garbage and did not know what I was talking aboutShe then said when I calm down she will call me back Later, she calls me back and said that she spoke with the Dr and he said to release me as a patientI asked her why, and she said it was because of me being rude to Her employees!
