We contacted TW Plumbing to come out to diagnose why the ground was sinking around our drainage system A technician was sent to assess the problem and determine the cost to repair the damage The technician went in the drainage system and looked from the field to the street and determined that we did not have any broken pipes and just needed to have the dirt repacked in order to avoid the sinking On 7-14-TW Plumbing came out to repair our sink hole
Two days later, the ground began to sink again I called them several times to inform them of the situation and they said this typically happens when it rains I informed them that we would need someone out here to fix this problem immediately TW kept telling us on the phone after several calls that they would send someone out to take a look at the problem Finally on 8-1-the technician came out to take a look but did not inform us of what was causing the ground to continue to sink I then called TW back for an update
We went online to ziepomskypup.com and found a dog that we decided we would like to buy We contacted the seller, *** ***, via email and phone back and forth for a few days On Febwe decided to send money via Money Gram of $to the seller to pay for and ship the dog from Oklahoma City, OK to Eugene, ORThe seller picked up the money and sent us a confirmation number with the airline saying the dog was shipped Then later that day we received an email from the seller saying the dog was in Denver freezing and we needed to send more money to get the dog from Denver, CO to Eugene, OR We told the seller that we knew someone in Denver that would pick up the dog and in return we were told it was against the companies policy to have us pick the dog up in Denver After this we called the police station to report the action, and decided the whole thing was a scam We also called Money Gram but since the money was already picked up it was no longer insured

We got notice the day of shipment that our puppies were in Dallas Tx.at the Airportand we needed to Buy or Rent a special crate or the Airline would not ship themwe read the crate agreements on the web site and the email that they sent usso we rented a crate so they could be shipped the rest of the waywe were then notified that they could not find a crate but we could buy one for another $we told them no we had already rented one
they then stopped all contact with us by not answering their phones or e-mails or questions box on their web siteWe feel that we were takin advantage of and would like our Puppies or money back
