We hired Island Way to build our pool in Seminole after seeing our neighbors pool, whom they had built last yearIt came out great and took about weeks to swimming once we got through permittingTheir office was close, had plenty of selection, and they were extremely helpful when it came to picking out all the right colors ! I happily recommend this company whenever someone is looking to have a pool built

I wouldn't let them build a dog house or should I say let them hire subcontractors to do the work. 6 to 8 week project is now over five months still not complete. Nothing but problems lies and excuses.and we have leaks. Sunk in travertine deck in some spots. They smile and talk to you and you feel like it's going to be great then the true colors come out , car salesmen ! No one showed us how everything works . So I figured it out myself. They did come by a couple times and very quickly point and turn valves son I just didn't get it. But worst experience ever hiring anybody to do anything on my property. They don't own any equipment everything is subcontracted you never know who you're letting on your property . It will look like a junkyard because nobody cares cleans up anything . And make sure that the subcontractors all have licenses that are current,

I would first like to say thank you to Jordan and his team at Island Way Pavers and Pools for making our vision a reality. Jordan was very thorough and always answered questions within the day. He is very knowledgeable of the products he sells and represents and has very good working relationships with his trades. He promised me swimming by Labor Day and delivered on that a few days prior exceeding his own deadline. The 3D image I received from him was literally identical to the final product, I am simply amazed. Jordan was very friendly every visit as well was his brother Justin. I believe Island Way exceeded every expectation I had for this pool.
