Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:To whom this may concern: I have read the response from Island Wide MasonryAccording to the contract, Island Wide Masonry was to begin the contract and working on my project February and complete the entire project no later than April The contract is clear about these datesSeveral times previously, Island Wide Masonry has attempted to delay the project for weeks and months due to other projects or excusesAs seen in previous pictures, this is the amount of work that was completed during the length of the weeks, hardly what I would say is acceptable according to the contract between a customer and a "business"As for the payment that was given to Island Wide Masonry, a total of $10,(see previous receipts) was paid, yet only a few yards of side wall was completed and a hole in the back yard for the footingDespite what Island Wide Masonry claims as their expenses, no materials other than the few yards of rock wall that was completed on my property was given to meGravel that was supposed to be delivered for the footing never arrived
despite Island Wide Masonry claming this as an expenseSupplies that
were supposed to arrive, never arrived or materializedRocks for the wall that were supposed to arrive several times never arrivedAgain, there are no physical traits of claimed expenses that support Island Wide Masonrys claimsConcerning Island Wide Masonrys claims that I possess receipts, the only receipts that I have are the ones for the monies given to Island Wide Masonry....not for any supplies or anything elseIf Island Wide Masonry claims that they can support what they did with my $10,and chalk it up to labor and supplies that were used on my project, then I would ask that the Revdex.com look into what it would cost a similiar contractor to produce the same results that Island Wide Masonry produced for usIt is clear and physically apparant that we never received sufficient services/product from Island Wide MasonryIt is well known in our neighborhood that Island Wide Masonry uses the tactic of "under bidding" a contract in order to extort further monies from the customer and threatining to not finish projects until these additional monies are receivedI have personally had this conversation with Island Wide MasonryMr ***/Island Wide Masonry continued to demand more payment and threatened to stop all work because he (Mr ***) stated that he would not have enough money to continue the workAs a customer, I would just like to see the results of what I have paid forIf there are any questions concerning this, or if any additional supporting material or witness statements from my neighbors are needed, please feel free to contact me at any time
Sincerely,
