I want to start by saying that I am a woman and I did several construction jobs for my properties.I have never but never encountered more professional company, roofing company that Mainland RoofingI want to share my story, so that every woman or person looking for roof repair or replacement should know that this is the only company to choose And no they did not pay me to say thisI choose about roofing companies to provide me with written and detailed proposal 1) They came when they said they would 2) they provided me a full written estimate with all details 3) They came in cheaper them most others 4) I gave them a 10% deposit for my roof replacement, they told me in writing what and when to expect the work to start 5) They went to pull the permit I asked them since I had already a leak, if they could come and place tarp on my roof, as they where not going to do my roof immediatelyThey send out a track, with workers, placed tarp on my roofNow read this part, which is not common in Miami They where not able to obtain a permit from the city, not their fault but an issue that had nothing to do with them.I asked Joseph, who I dealt with from the beginning, nice polite young man, to meat me again now this is the 3rd time in my house, to see if any repairs would be done with out a permitJoseph gave me all the options, and I decided against itHe promptly returned my deposit to meThey had the check made out in the office before he even came to meet me.He did not charge for his time, for him trying to go and obtain permit, or for the tarp laying on my roofHe refunded the full amount I gave him as a deposit Nobody can beat this kind of serviceI hired them to do an other house I haveI have in my years dealing with workers and Miami companies, and Cuban people, never encountered this kind of treatmentWhat a pleasant surpriseBravo to them.So if anybody reads this, take my word for it they are the only people you should hire.Kudos to Mainland Roofing.Thank you ***
I chose Mainland roofing on the professional and personal touch that I received during the selection process while securing a roofing contactor. I checked the Revdex.com for any prior complaints and found non. Mainland workers are very good, they always came on time, completed the work for that day and always cleaned after themselves, which was very important to me. Every portion of the schedule work was completed in a timely manner We had some set back due to heavy rain but I had no problems with the roof because they had it all dried in at that point, also I was always informed throughout the installation process. [redacted] the Mainland representative would contact me to let know when the Dade County inspector were scheduled, and the progress of the installation. Thank you Mainland Roofing for a Great Job,
