Hi as I said before we are the ones that pointed out his broken vent cap and worn out vent tubing that hadn't been replaced for as long as he can remember, also we have completed multiple projects for [redacted] prior to this without problems that's why he called us againWe complete over individual jobs each year and having only complaints all year I feel very Greatful and LuckyI have called [redacted] and told him I will be sending him a full refund and a 75% off card for any service we can provide him in the future to show him we do care and back our work! Hi,1st of all no one screamed at each other at anytime during conversationThe conversation started with her saying that it was a scam that we charged for hours of service and not the she asked for plus she added that her regular crew could do her whole house in hoursWhat she tried to leave out until I caught it that we where there not for a regular hour cleaning she had her floors stripped, sanded and refinished, there was dust everywhereMy crew did everything we could and as time ran out Christine spoke to Michelle directly and it was Michelle whom asked for them to press forward to get more doneWe only quit do to the fact she had a conference call coming in and she wanted us to leave before it startedIn this message Michelle says that Christine used her phone to text or play games? Christine is a field Supervisor and the only time she used her phone at the job site was to text the office that they where staying to continue that work per the customer (Michelle)I reviewed her phone myself, plus Id like to add that when I did call Michelle back prior to her sending this to you she said her daughter watched and heard Christine sitting on their couch and talking on phone? She changed it because I corrected itChristine is a very good employee and Field SupervisorIf she says they busted it and probably needed several more hours to do it right I believe 100%The Chandelier piece crack was dealt with that day on the siteMichelle was made aware of the crack, how it happened and that we would replace the cracked partIt was an innocent accident and easily can/could be rectified for $10.? The invoice I sent is the invoice of record less the replacement part for chandelierI have a detailed list of all the work completed as well as the name of the floor company that sanded the floorsIn fact as we where leaving the floor guys came again and said they where going to have to do some more sanding.? ?

Business states that a check has been sent to the consumer for the amount of the refund, $48.35.?

It is amazing that the owner doesn't? know that his web page has a section entitled " Request for Service", I left the message? in that? section.? ? Most business people review their web page to find new business.? I did not receive a call after the work was done.? The only call I received was after I called to cancel because they were hours late.? ? There seems to be some confusion regarding the time spent doing the work.? The people together spent minutes, just because he has to pay for minutes doesn't mean they spent minutes doing the workThe idea that their work loosened the lint does not make sense.? The propose of the service is to remove the lint to reduce the rick of a dryer firer.? ? I did not watch everything they did, I pointed out the location and explained the conditions.? ? ? ? I think the owner should try to offer a better services instead of calling his customers liarsThe only way to solve this problem is to issue a complete refund

*** knows and has our number and never called usI don't have an email on my web site so I'm not sure where he left the messageI'll call *** myself and follow upFYI the estimated time to complete a single level dryer vent is MinutesI sent people whom each had minutes on site
which is just over hourSo the time isn't the answer to the problem but it is possible to dislodge lent during cleaning that is towards the middle and breaks clear at a latter dateActually common but not usually anything bigMy personal said he watch there every move and explained the exterior vent closure not working properly.? I'll fix the problem myself
