They are horrible in the following areas: 1) Billing- friendly advise, If you go there and have any kind of state assistance, know they will attempt to bill youRun if they tryState of CT is strict on the idea of no balance billing and they are not not suppose to collect a dime.The way they do this is by telling you that the procedures that need pre approval are hung up in channels with the stateI finally called the state after [redacted] dental told me I needed dollars in dental work, to find out that the procedures had been approvedThe state told me that they had heard of companies doing that as a way to increase revenue2) Service- They left a tooth with a HUGE hole in it, refusing to fill it, telling me it needed a crownThe wait for the crown was so long now the tooth next to as well is involved and both will need a root canal and crownThe crowns they put in were done wrong, as a cavity under one of the crowns has formed.I have been told this only happens when the crown is incorrectly appliedThey tell me that the crown will have to be removed,the tooth fixed and the crown re applied, about dollars out of pocket3) Customer service- When confronted with these issues, ismiles only reply was"You owe us dollars for the crowns we already placed in your mouth, will you be making a payment today?" First, I just want to say I regularly asked about the balance on the bill and was told a different number every timeFinally, at or about December I was told I had a zero balanceI asked for that in writing and received one piece of paper that stated suchI also had my boyfriend listening when they told me of the zero balanceI was sent no statements and told nothing different until these issues aroseAnd where is DrA [redacted] the owner of ismiles? She is hiding in Avon, at her parent company of [redacted] ***, She is refusing to return callsHer "receptionist" is indigent telling me I have no right to be upset about any of this or to even call herIsmiles ruined my teeth, don't let them do the same to yours

I finally called the state after [redacted] dental told me I needed 5000 dollars in dental work, to find out that the procedures had been approved. The state told me that they had heard of companies doing that as a way to increase revenue.
