The first door I bought for apet door install was a dollar used item from [redacted] They hung the door but didn't follow the included instructions for the dog door install, and cut it into the very bottom of the door (lower than the included instructions state, and as such far too low for my dog to use) They could not fix it, since moving the dog door up would have a large hole at the bottom of the door [redacted] (owner of ISO Property Services) apologized, gave me a $credit on my repairs from my due diligence list from a new home purchase, and then told me it would be better to buy a new door with a jam so they could install it easier and it would be better weatherproofedSince the first door was hard to find in the right size, and I was coming up my move in date where I needed this pet door installed, I agreed just to make everything easierI even asked him if he had a preference between a steel and fiberglass door, and choose the steel door based on his recommendation So one $door w/jam later as well as $for him to install it, and the pet door does not work as intendedIt rarely closes when swinging shut, due to bowing in the middle of the pet-door frameIt needs to do so consistently, because this keep insects out and air conditioning in I emailed [redacted] about the issue, and he told me it wasn't his fault, it swung shut when he was installing it, and then said that metal doors can warp due to changes in temperatureThen told me it would be a week or two until he could come by and take a look at it, and that he'd have to charge me to fix itAfter telling him that I found his response disappointing, reiterating the above, he replied with an email telling me not to contact him again, that it was "very telling that I am playing the blame game", that he went above and beyond to fix the door, took issue with my calling his service incomplete, and then made fun of me for making a video (which I only created to help him understand the issue) Every earlier interaction was very pleasant, but his angry response to my request that he complete the job as intended, and overall poor customer service lead me to this negative reviewI cannot recommend working with this company

We contacted [redacted] /ISO Property Services regarding a deck rebuild on the recommendation of a coworkerHe was communicative, prompt and very pleasant to work with! He told us up front with the initial consultation about the project that he "over estimates the bid" in order to build in cushion for the home owner in the event of potential unforeseen expenditures/materialsThe project was well priced, started on time and was completed right on scheduleI would (and have) highly recommend working with [redacted] and his company to everyone!
