We send our sympathy and regret to Ms [redacted] for the loss of her father We understand Ms [redacted] dismay that she/her father has been paying for service that wasn't used However, we were never notified that Mr [redacted] was no longer living in the house nor that he had passed away Our email billings were never returned as undeliverable and, until March, all ACH payments submitted were paid by Mr [redacted] bank Isomedia has been providing service that has been available at the [redacted] home on a continuous basis and has been incurring expenses for providing that service After Ms [redacted] purchased her father's home, she would have had access to the service had she so desiredOur expectations and policies require that the customer notify us if they wish to have any change in service The customer or a representative is responsible for monitoring their finances to determine whether they are being charged for something that they don't wish to have.That being said, we do regret that this situation developed and I have issued a credit and check refund request for $ This refund includes the $NSF Fee and months of service less our direct cost for the circuit We feel that this is more than fair and hope that Ms [redacted] will agree.Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue Please let us know if any more information is required.Thank you[redacted] Finance Project Manager [redacted] @isomedia.com
