Never have I had so many issues with an ISP company beforeFirst I made an apptalmost weeks out for a Friday morning when I could be home for the installationNobody showed upI called to see what happened and they had no record of an apptThey wouldn't take responsibility for missing it or discount the outrageous installationso I had to wait even longer for an installI gave in and had an apptfor when my girlfriend could be thereThey didn't say much to her and just made her sign off on itI got home to see that the tech had peeled up my brand new metal roof drip edge that I just finished up the day beforeThen I got a call to pay for everything and gave them my credit card info and was told it wouldn't be charged until the next daydays later they shut off my service because they had never charged meThis is what I'm currently dealing with and still no compensating for the lack of professionalismI really wish I had another option for serviceAlso I ran speed tests with a direct connection to pc and only getting half the speed that I pay for
