Review: My parents are in their mid 80's. I take care of their financial situation. My father did purchase the $2.95 search but had no idea he was purchasing the monthly $20.00 fee also. I'm sure he did not read the fine print and the charge is valid. However, we have been trying to contact them regarding the cancellation of this account. Their automated phone service says they will get back to you in 24 hours. They never returned any calls to my parents or myself. Their policy on the web site says you need to fill out a cancellation form. Good luck trying to find the form! AND conveniently their "contact us" email doesn't work. Shady.

I have told my mother to call her bank and tell them to block all charges from this company. The original mistake is my father's. The rest of this 'crap' belongs to ISPEECH.ORG. I'm sure many other elderly people have been duped into this same situation. Shame on you.Desired Settlement: It should not be that hard to cancellation the membership. You need to get their membership cancelled immediately and you need to make customer service people accessible AND you need to make the online cancellation form visible.

Ispeech has refunded my parents money and (i assume) canceled the recurring charge. My parents and I have not heard from them, the credit just showed up one day on their account

Review: I purchased a full year of premium services so that I can be able to make downloadable text to speech files. The download function does not work, they have had long standing issues with converting documents to text and I am left with a useless application. I have been sent several requests for support and received no reply. It's been 5 days now.Desired Settlement: I just want my credit card to be refunded.

Review: Spoke with one of their representatives on 9/18 or 19/2013, for a recurring payment that it should NOT been happened because I canceled your services one year ago. Today it is 10/15/13, and I haven't received the reimbursement. I had tried to contact them several times and left messages but nobody DON'T call back.Desired Settlement: Reimburse the charge made on 9/17/13 for $13.95.
