Review: At first it took a while before I received my product code then when I received the product code. The codes did not work so I just requested a refund. I have sent a copy of my screen several times as they requested. I have also called and was told to send a copy of the screen again.Dear [redacted],Thank you for contacting us. We are very sorry for the difficulties occurred when using our software. Due to wide variety of software and hardware available on the market, some problems might occur during the software installation and activation since we are physically not able to test our programs on every machine. The client contacted our Technical Support department and received the timely and full instructions and recommendations on how to resolve the issue. It seems that some of our messages were not delivered to the client for some reason. We are sorry about that.

The specified issue was resolved. The order for the iSpring software was fully refunded today February **, 2013.
