Review: Nothing was as advertised. The site was not functioning for the about 90 percent of the license I purchased. I attempted multiple times to contact them via email because there were no other ways to get contact them. The phone numbers on their website were invalid,they are literally [redacted] and [redacted]. The dress to contact is actually a bike store in new york. About the only time I could get in touch with Ispyoo is when I threatened to report them for fraud. They only then responded telling me to trouble shoot a few things, they promised me they would give me an extension on my license or a refund, but instead they simply stopped responding. Actually they did respond to an email where I asked them for a refund and stated I would report them to Revdex.com if they did not do a better job, they promptly responded "What is Revdex.com". To that I replied where is my service. There is so much wrong with this business, I do not see how it is recommended.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, I am done with trying work with them to get an extension. The product does not even work majority of the time. I would only like a refund

Review: I renewed my license with this website. They took my money right away and took several hours to provide me with the information to sign on even after being contacted by the 3rd party that took my payment. I requested a refund several times even through the same 3rd part that contacted them twice now because I was not happy with the service and after being told it was fixed and I could go ahead and use it which it was not. Now after being contacted by the 3rd party for the 3rd time there still is no response and I'm out 14.95.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and there policies be changed so no one else has to experience this feeling of being ripped off.
