Israel SIMs

I ordered a cellphone SIM card that can be used in Israel from IsraelSIMS on [redacted] 2013. I received an email from them that same day saying that the order was confirmed (Order #XXXXX) along with verification of credit card number, shipping address etc. I never received the SIMs. I sent them three emails requesting the status of the order...no reply. I called their listed number...always busy. On [redacted] I finally sent them a "threatening" email advising them that then need to reply with the order status or I will report them to the Revdex.com. No reply. The SIM cost [redacted] (which has not been charged to my credit card yet). I need the SIM for an upcoming trip to Israel and I don't know if I will receive it in time since they will not communicate with me about my order. I either want the SIM shipped, or the order cancelled in time to buy one from a company that delivers.
