I have been living here since late 2009, and ive been dealing with major health and other issues regarding my a/c unit not correctly working for at least years to just recently being fixedi also had an issue with rats in my apartment for over months now, and I was only given the option of leaving my lease to move somewhere else or move into a higher costing apartment in this complex although none of this was my fault at alleverything is pretty much fixed now, but I feel im due something for pain and sufferingi also learned today that they are refusing to change the carpet in my bedroom that has not been changed since I was told it can be cleaned again, but not changedcarpet is supposed to be changed every half to yearsthis has been here going on years nowi was told it couldn't be changed until february of next year when my lease is upive paid over $50,in rent to live hereall of that is not profitthis whole time ive been here, ive only asked for the
