Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated that the total cost for the job was $1,and this price did not include the removal of the large trees. The company stated the down payment was $1,and the consumer only paid $600.00.The company stated
they did start the job- they removed some smaller trees and hauled them away. The company stated they are still willing to do the job however the original price quoted does not include the removal of the large trees.The company stated they are willing to remove the large trees but there will be an extra cost, the company would need to come to the property to access what that cost will be

The contract that was signed by the contractor is also now another issueThe insurance policy that the contractor had to have enforced was a fraudulent documentIt has been proven that the contractor's insurance policy required per the contract was in fact cancelled by the insurance company on September 29, This constitutes a fraudulent signing of a legal contract. Furthermore the contractor sent pictures of what he claimed to be his work when in fact the work was NOT perfomed by the contractor at allTheis misrepresentation which was based on awarding the contract to this contractor was also fraudulentNext the contractor claimed to work for Borchert Fence Company as an installer sub-contractorAfter discussion with Borchert Fence Company, the contractor was nothing more than a deliver/odd jobs contactThe contractor did not install fences for Borchert Fence Company as previously stated and as agreed to in the original contractAs a result of the inexperience of Isaac W*** and his crew, damages were done to the property which were un-repairableThe fence post holes were installed incorrectly and as a result the fence is in the wrong location and not straight.The contractor misrepresented himself as a contractor and a competent installerThis contractor knowingly lied after fully reading the contractThe contractor caused damages that are un-repairableThe contractor has promised to pay back the $several times before and has not yet made good on the promise. Dear ***I received a message from Revdex.com that the business I complained about sent a responseI rejected the response because it was not accurateHowever, when I attempted to give my response, the website started acting up and I was not able to provide my input.My response to the business owner's response is that I want a full refund of my $deposit ASAPI no longer wish to do business with himHe showed up only one day, on Thursday, August 31, after I gave him a $deposit on Monday 28, to install a fence and to cut down bushes and trees in my yardHe started tearing down the old fence and he cut down a few bushesHe never hauled away anything the he tore downHe left a huge mess in our yardHe worked aloneHis crew never showed up to finish the jobThe mess he made is still in our yard. Since I filed my complaint, I made several attempts to resolve this matter with him by giving him the opportunity to come back and do $worth of yard work for meI cancelled the fence and cutting down trees jobI told him he can either refund the $or do $worth of yard work for me instead of the fence/tree job However, He never came back to clean up the mess he made He kept promising to do the yard but he would never show up I never got a refundThe last time he said that he was coming to do the yard work was this past weekendHe never showed upI have not heard from him sinceThe last time I heard from him was on Friday, September 8,He said that he would be at my house on Saturday morning, September 9, but he never showed up and I never heard from himIt has been a weekMy yard is still a mess and I have not received my deposit back.At this point, I just want my money backI will never ever do business with him again.
