I am rejecting this response because: This company is fraudulent and I have given all the documentation necessary for a proper refund. I have been willing to work with them to get this resolved, however they are refusing to stand behind their communication.  I have clear communication from this company stating the hairpiece is in their office.  I was even told I could return the first order that was not the right colors for the individual.  They stated in their previous response that they have a signature on file that I signed for this package. Please provide proof that I signed for this package.

This customer received the product she states she did not receive order number 2. She has been refunded for the original purchase order number 1 that she did not receive.We have been in business 18 years your claim us being frudulant is unfounded.

I am rejecting this response because:This information provided is incorrect.  There seems to be a mix up with [redacted].  I placed a total of 3 orders with this company; 11/7/2017 order #[redacted] for $76.64.  This order had 3 items in it and I received shipping conformation on 11/13/2017 and received my package (no signature required).  My second order was placed on 11/9/2017 order #[redacted] for $142.90.  This order had only 1 item, this is the order that I did not ever receive shipping information for nor did I ever receive the package.  I contacted the company at the beginning of the year when they reopened.  I sent emails without a response, I called the number on the website, without an answer (unable to leave a voicemail due to the voicemail box being full).  So I then text the number and received a response and had a long conversation with this employee.  They stated they needed to contact the office and see what happened.  I then received a text message back stating that the package (order #[redacted]3) was returned to the company due to no signature.  I explained that I never received notification of a shipment or a need for a signature.  They stated the hair piece was in the office.  They then asked me if I wanted to have the hair shipped that day.  I stated no because it would not be delivered in time.  I explained on this day that I needed 2 more hair pieces and asked if I could just have a credit for the human hair that was sitting in the office.  They stated to me via text that I would have to place another order for the 2 pieces that I needed and that they would refund my order that was sitting in the office.  They said they could not do a credit, but that it would be refunded.  I placed my third order on 1/3/2018 order #[redacted] for $94.68.  I received shipping confirmation on 1/5/2018 and received my package.  I contacted the number via text 2 more times (January 8, 2018 and January 18, 2018) to inquire about my refund for the second order I placed and never received any responded.  I text again on 1/24/2018 and received a response telling me that my order was delivered.  I never received any shipping information, I never signed for any package and when I stated this via text, they stopped responding.  This is when I reached out to the Revdex.com to get my refund.  I am tying to work with this company to get my item or my refund.  I have placed and paid for items that I have not received.  I was planning on exchanging one of the items, however I don't want to do cause anymore confusion so I will just keep the item.  I would like my refund for the second order #[redacted], which I never received or signed for and was told by this company that it was in their office.  I will be happy to provide Revdex.com with my signature to company what they are saying is my signature for the package, because I know that I have NEVER signed for any of the 2 orders that I received from this company.  I also have the text message conversations form this company stating that the order was in their office and not received by me.   I am trying to rectify this situation and work with this company.  I have all my documentation stating I did not receive the second order.  I would like a refund for the amount of that order $142.90.  If I receive this refund I will be happy to remove any negative feedback regarding this company. Thanks,[redacted]
