I did not have vision insurance coverage as I had not my deductible. I was charged $200 for an exam and still have not received my perscription almost a month later. I could have gone somewhere else 3 to 4 times and still not have cost as much! I said I did not want any "extra" procedures. I was still charged $40.00 for a service I turned down. I called and was told everyone gets that charge. Very disappointing.
