Quoth the raven ... evermore.
This one star is in reference to the istorage in Mpls, MN. Few times I have encountered this level of ridiculously bad customer service. But what the other posters might not realize, is that I ACTUALLY had worse treatment. I didnt receive notification that the name had changed. I pay online. No word on their site either. So I was COULDNT pay on time --- no where to send it. I purposely refuse to talk to Raven. I kept having to remind her that I am deaf. KNow what she did? She LAUGHED at me! can you imagine. she said I abandoned my unit. I did not. She LOVES charging extra fees. One would think she really works for the govt, she fabricates the reasons, which she did now, it will be 3 months in a row, and she has already an auction set for very early in this month now. ive been with them much much longer than planned. im a totally/permanently disabled Army veteran. she treats ME like st. . I cant get over there, which is roughly 15 miles away. There's so much to complain about with Raven --all true.

Poor Customer Service
I had been with the storage 5 yrs prior to IStorage taking over. I received a letter in the mail from IStorage and the 1st paragraph was copied over by my mailing address. Red flag #1. They don't review before mailing. Went to pay my 2 storages and one was missing from the online bill pay. Sent 2 emails and 3 weeks later no response. Called in January and the women I spoke to said she would add my 2nd account and took the payment over the phone. It's now end of Feb and 2nd storage still isn't linked so I can pay online. Called again and the gentleman that answered said he would link the account as soon as we hung up. From conversation with both of these people neither of them apologized for not returning my emails nor that I have had to call two months in a row to get my storage added so I can pay the bill online. BUT they sure as heck would change me a late fee if I didn't do my part and pay the bill on time. Where has customer service gone these days? Prior company employees had great customer service and always answered emails timely. These folks act like I'm bothering them when I call. SAD, but might be time to move storages.

Review: My top to bottom experience with Istorage had been terrible to say the least. My main problem now is that they insist on charging me a late fee because I had apparently missed my billing date when they send out no bill. When I had called to express the fact that I was unsure of my billing date and would pay but asked for the late fee to be removed I was told by the rep it was my fault that I hadn't set up a email to be notified of the bill. I asked if there was a way to remove the late fee and I'd be happy to pay the bill (which hadn't lapsed another billing cycle) I was told that I would get a call back from the supposed manager. In that time I had accrued another late fee. I'm outraged at the lack of service, no notification for billing and ignorance from staff.Desired Settlement: I would like to end any further business with them immediately and remove my things from their facilities.
