I removed my belongings from the storage facility on 9/28/19. I followed instructions as directed for informing staff that I am no longer using their facilities. My credit card was charged in October even though my things were removed. I contacted Istorage and was told a refund process will be initiated. They were unable to credit my card. After 2 weeks I called to check the status. I was told the manger was out but the refund was still sitting on a desk. I called back a week later and was told once the refund makes its way to corporate there is no way to track the status. It was just a waiting game from there. I called the corporate number I found on *** a few weeks later and was told the refund paperwork is sitting awaiting processing. The person I spoke to was not a corporate rep, but a person at another facility that the call transferred to.

This Saturday will be 12 weeks since I moved my belongings and I still cannot get a straight answer on when to expect a refund.
