To whom it may concern,, We at ISG strive to provide our customers the highest level of satisfaction during their time with usWe provide clean, secure and safe storage solutions to address all of our tenants needsWhen a new customer comes to rent with us, we ask some general questions to determine how long they will need storage and more importantly, what size storage unit they will needAs we are determining the right size unit for the customer, we ask for some details on what the client will be storing, but we need to ask general questions as opposed to a specific audit of everything they will be storing as we do need to respect their privacyIn this particular instance, there was clearly a miscommunication on what was being stored and in the end the customer needed a larger unit to accommodate the mattressI personally spoke with [redacted] on and offered to waive the transfer fee and [redacted] accepted this from our last discussion is satisfied with her storage unit and ISGSincerely yours The team at ISG

The whole basement is musty and my items are gross as they smell. The manager here Vanessa was rude and did not provide a solution. The unit was in the lowest floor and the whole floor smells. The manager refused to even go down and take a look. They ruined my items. When I asked if there was a device to haul away the trash the ruined items none could be provided and they don't have dumpsters.

Review: The company is trying to force me to pay for a month of service when I moved out the first of the month. They prorated me in and claim they can not pro rate me out. On top of that they refuse to allow me to check out so they are going to keep billing me for ongoing months when I have vacatted the storage locker and are threatening me with cancelation and collection fees.Desired Settlement: I would like fto be prorated out and my account to be closed.

Review: On 12-*-15 between the hours of 1pm and 3pm I went and purchased a storage unit the gentlemen named Eddie assisted me. Now I told him I knew nothing about storage and I needed to store at least 10 boxes 4bins a queen size mattress with no bed frame he said it sounds like a 5*7 you need. So I agreed he showed me the unit in the lobby and the porter there cosigned and said your stuff will fit. So now on 12/*/15 my cousin and my boyfriend takes the items but only half of everything could fit inside the unit. Now because the unit was too small I have to rent another u-haul truck to bring the rest of the items this week which is costing me if not close to $100.00 . My boyfriend and I went on the Company's website, I asked my boyfriend to point to the exact storage space he pointed to the 5*5 I told him that we were supposed to have a 5*7 so we just agreed we would get the 5*7 when we went to the storage.I knew there would be a upgrade fee when I called on 12-15-** I spoke with the same gentleman and he said it would be a $12.00 transfer fee . I informed Eddie of the situation he said there's nothing he could do about the situation. Today on 12-**-15 I go to the storage because of several reasons one is to upgrade my storage unit,2.to figure out if my transfer fee could be waived since it wasn't my fault about the smaller storage,and to lastly move my things from the 5*5 to the bigger 5*7 storage unit because tomorrow on 12-**-15 I have to come and bring the rest of the items that couldn't initially fit. When I arrived to the office this after noon I spoke with a young lady she didn't tell me her name neither did I ask which is my fault. I informed her of why I was here she called Eddie to the front she advised him of the issue he went in the back never came to speak with me she looked for the 5*7 units

available and wrote down 2 storage units told me to go find the porter he'll show me the units when I decide come back to the office and while I'm gone she's going to speak with the manager. We then went to go see the unit and while in the elevator with the Porter I asked him how would I go about moving my stuff from one unit to the next he then tells me that there are about 100 people here filming scenes for some show "The Blind Spot" that it would be best if I came back tomorrow on Friday 12-**-15 after 11 a.m to move my stuff. I go back to the office and tell the young lady which unit I had chosen. She proceeds to tell me that because she wasn't here there was nothing to do. Eddie still hasn't come and spoken to me. So I paid for the storage and signed the papers as I'm signing I see that she has signed in the spot that says Manager signature . So now it's evident games are being played here one instance you tell me you have to speak to manager and now you are signing your name in the Manager spot. Then I tell her about the moving my items from unit to unit she tells me I can't because of the camera crew . I told her so I can't get my 12$ waived and I'm being inconvienced because I can't move the items today she says that there's nothing she can do and she's sorry. The filming of the show has NOTHING to do with my personal time. My u haul truck is reserved for 8 a.m on 12-**-15 I DO NOT have the PERSONAL time to accommodate A Company whom I conduct business with and their OTHER business affairs. I called the store once I left and asked for the number to the Corporate Office the young lady then says to me there is no Corporate Office to contact and that I should email and it will be sent to every body. Once again I do not have the time nor patience to sit down and write complaint emails all day as for this complaint right here was enough for me.Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment
