iStorm

I am writing to support your recognition Mark [redacted] and his iStorm contractors. My experience with Mark while he was with ProTouch were two fold: First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, Ohio had suffered severe roof damage from a hail storm on May 25, 2011. Through his initiative all damaged roof areas photographed and reviewed with Liberty Mutual insurance adjusters. The program of work was completely coordinated by Mark with all repairs performed properly and promptly with a focus of safety and all cuctomer concerns personally addressed by him. He coordinated identification of needs, agreement on costs, timely implementation of work and followup to assure satisfaction.
In 2013 we recognized storm damage to my residence at [redacted] Greenville due to a storm in fall of 2012. Through contact with Mark in May a representative coordinated proper identificatrion, cost and repairs with Ohio Mutual Ins. adujusters again with good team work prompt and professional repairs were made in a timely maner. ISTORM / PRO-TOUCH WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING ALL THE INFO VERY SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE SCOPE OF WORK.
THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID AND WERE SUPPOSE TO DO AND ON SCHUDULE.
VERY PROFFESIONAL AND PROMPT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERY ONE.
THEY MANAGED EVERYTHING FROM START TO COMPLETE FINISH AND THEN FOLLOWED UP WITH A MEETING AND REVIEW TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETE AND EVERY ONE WAS HAPPY.
