Beware!!
Don’t trust this company! They took money from my moms insurance and never did her roof and siding. We have been trying to get in contact with Hugo Vargas and he doesn’t return our phone calls. They took our money back in September of 2019. It’s been 14 months since we have been trying to get in contact with these crooks!

This guys did a great roof and siding job, Had Mr Guevara handle my claim with my insurance and it was the best decision, it took them couple weeks but I cant be happier, I had some communication problems but it was all worth it at the end, highly recommend them.

Great quality of work, great costumer service!
They helped us with our insurance company as they didn't wanted to pay for our damages, Mr. Gustavo was great and helpful, he fought for us and we finally were able to get approved for a new roof and siding, we didn't even knew our siding was damaged until he came and did an inspection on our home, the roof and siding they installed look great! I highly recommend them if you have damages.

I want to put a complain on istorm Recovery,inc. public adjusters located at *** w. *** st. Chicago ill 60641 and also on Chicago's finest located at *** e. Monroe st. Chicago ill 60603. this companies are dishonest and didn't follow through with is commitments of replacing damage plywood in the roof top instead they patch it up they were supposed to add the drip edge and they didn't now I have black mold in almost every room in the house do to their incompetence they also make us wait for a month to replace the siding which it ended up being a nightmare as time pass I notice every time I cook that it will get steamy and I was do to the range hood being block when they replace the siding also every time I would wash clothes the same thing would happen luckily we notice before it cause any damage. also when they were replacing the shingles I end it up with a broken beam and the attic and to top it all of they were avoiding our calls and making excuses as to why they couldn't get the job done is promise and finally gustavo the contractor and his mother the adjuster were always contradicting each other and how and what they were going to fix know my future is unknown with my home I feel that im worst of im constantly cleaning mold do to bad people I would never recommend this company to nobody

In respond to Mr & Mrs *** complain:

• we did not replaced all plywood on her home, as her insurance company would not pay for it, and neither her, we can not replace something nobody is going to pay for it, we replaced rotten areas for proper decking for our new shingles only.

• drip edge was installed properly on her home same as ice and water and even we added proper ventilation to the roof at no cost, homeowner had mold in multiple rooms prior to us even starting any work, she might be having a thermal problem but that is not related to the work that was performed at her property.

• after work was completed we been trying to make an appointment to either Mr or Mrs *** to properly reinspect all work our subcontractors completed but they berly reply to our messages or calls.

• about the beam explained in their complain we have explained before it was there prior to our labor, the old roof had weak parts all around, which Mr and Mrs *** could not pay anything additional to repairs this issues.

Gustavo the contractor had a meeting with Mr and Mrs *** last weekend and all the issues were addressed and explained, both roof and siding were installed to manufacture specs and building codes, there was only 2 issues with a ridge cap that was damaged by homeowner lifting it and an exhaust vent which homeowner already replaced but he didn't properly installed so we will send somebody to reinstall it properly and to replace the shingle damaged by homeowner as courtesy, as well some gutter screens need to be readjust to fit properly, no issues with our labor and building materials were observed, just some cosmetic issues that we will address for costumers satisfaction which it's our goal.

Well as he said he did came by but no problems were address also I did not lift nothing from the roof that was left the way when they finish installing the roof and rewards to the screens I’m not to worry about it I did mention drip edge when he came by and he said I was install when roof was replace but I mention I was the old drip edge n he reply that I was no need to be replace n this is completely false because we talk about that before they install the roof he told me the whole roof was going to be replace including the drip edge so he also bring some paperwork which was the warranty for shingles he didn't provide anything for the siding and when I ask he reply that theirs no need for any warranty because the product is good quality well my answer to that is the the product could be the best quality in the world but if is poorly install it would no matter also he did not sign the warranty he bring to us so to my understanding if u don’t sign not valid I’m willing to give him a change to fix all the issues and replace drip edge as it was discussed from the beginning he say we will send somebody when the weather breaks so hopefully I don’t have to be chasing him like I did in the beginning
