Revdex.com:I-style furniture did get their insurance Progressive to issue a check for the damagesI received the check last week and just deposited it in my accountThis does not excuse the indifference they showed towards us as customersThey were perhaps asked not to contact us by their insurance however that months AFTER as they were unsure of their insuranceAt this time I am accepting this as a settlement and have no further complaintsI would still advise buyers to be cautious as this particular individual I worked with from i-style was very careless and not responsive to our needsAt this time however this case is closed.

Please review continues e-mail conversation with customer as well as copies of the insurance letters. iStyle Furniture and its employees was always on a top of the situation and was trying to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Unfortunately it took more time than it usually takes because of...

the claim that was submitted to a business policy and under circumstances of the delivery and insurance investigation revealed that it was not covered. However we have resubmitted claim to our auto policy with progressive insurance and it was approved. So claim will be satis?ed within short period of time.Please send us confirmation letter stating that case was resolved.Thank you.iStyle Furniture Management[redacted]

Company responded via phone as follows: All documents were e-signed by the customer.  The customer accepted the furniture and agreed to the terms of the contract.  The additional amount charged was for the interest on the furniture per their agreement.

We purchased six chairs a couple years ago . We paid $120 for each chair. In a couple years, they ripped. We also got a warranty. But the store and warranty did not do anything about it. The warranty that they have is very fake. This store sells crapy furniture. I don't reccomend anyone to buy stuff from this store. I am very disappointed and I just wasted my money.

Review: We purchased a sectional that has three recliners. One of which is electric. The purchase was February of 2013. Prior to this issue we have had to get 2 other repairs on the couch. February 2014 my husband and I contacted and went up to the store when the powered recliner stopped working. It is stuck in the recline position and wont move. After a month of going up to the store and making phone calls, they finally came out and took a look at the couch in March of 2014. He informed me that the button on the recliner went out. Two weeks out I contacted them to see the status of the part that they were ordering and they informed me that it takes 6-10 weeks for the part to be shipped to them. They said they would call when the part came in. After not hearing from them after 10 weeks, my husband called and spoke with a man named [redacted] and he said he did not see an order for the part. They said that they would contact him back. No response. So last week 5/15/14 I called up there 3 times and finally spoke with the woman that sits at the desk and she said she would investigate and call me back. She did and said that the company they order parts from was not available and to give her till Monday 5/19/14. I have yet to get a call back. It is a danger to my home. I have small children that are curious and have been hurt on the chair and it almost flipped onto my children. I need help. I just want this to be fixed and them honor the warranty that was purchased with the couch.Desired Settlement: I want the recliner either fixed or replaced for free since it is still under warranty and it done ASAP!

Review: Promise that a chair would be replaced, that has a flaw in the fabric as well as the back of the chair shake. Three different sale person made this promise. One being R[redacted] and the other wasT[redacted]. They keep making promises, but I am still waiting to have them replace the chair. I talked to T[redacted] on Monday, September 1 and was promise a call from the boss on Tuesday I am still waiting for a phone call and a new chair. I have been to the store three different time to try to get this issue taken care of. I have made phone call also. Just want them to stand by their product and to keep their word. First time customer and this is truly bad business.Desired Settlement: Replace the chair
