Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was finally able to get an answer at the phone number listed in the company name in the debit from my bank account For all the CEO's protestations, it is his company, they do deal directly with the public as they were able to find my information with just a phone number The company told me that I accepted a day free trial when I purchased my new computer and since I didn't cancel it, I was charged $40/mo I can only assume that they skim your information from a registration of some other product being registered on the laptop as I would never pay for technical support Not knowingly anyway My "subscription" was cancelled and the cancellation number is [redacted] I did not get the $back that was taken from me but I will be content if there are no additional charges to my account Sincerely, [redacted]

In regards to complaint # [redacted] We do not deal with individual customers, we only sell to businesses and we do not bill credit cardsFurthermore we do not provide any type of personal computer support This individual was likely scammed by another company illegally using "iSupport" as a business name (likely this company http://www.isupportteam.com)We are pursuing legal action against this firm right now to stop using our name illegallyAs you can see in his complaint the credit card company told him the charges were originating from MD and we only operate in the state of WA I ask that you please remove this bogus complaint against iSupport SoftwareAlso any further communications from the Revdex.com should be directed to me via electronic mail @ [redacted] @isupport.comUSPS mail may not be responded to in a timely fashion Respectfully, Daren N [redacted] Founder & CEO work | ***.***[redacted] cell

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I was finally able to get an answer at the phone number listed in the company name in the debit from my bank account.  For all the CEO's protestations, it is his company, they do deal directly with the public as they were able to find my information with just a phone number.  The company told me that I accepted a 30 day free trial when I purchased my new computer and since I didn't cancel it, I was charged $40/mo.  I can only assume that they skim your information from a registration of some other product being registered on the laptop as I would never pay for technical support.  Not knowingly anyway.  My "subscription" was cancelled and the cancellation number is [redacted]. I did not get the $80 back that was taken from me but I will be content if there are no additional charges to my account.
Sincerely,

As we have stated before a company using our trademarked name, operating illegally is running an offshore technical support scam. We have nothing to do with this company or this scam. We develop software that is sold only to businesses, we never market or sell to individuals and we do not bill...

credit cards. These types of scams are operating beyond the boarders of the US and all that can be done is to report this type of theft to your credit card company and the Federal Trade Commission. We have detailed how to report this in this blog post on our web sitehttps://www.isupport.com/blog/scam-alert-isupportteam-com/.If there were steps we could take to stop this we would however these companies and individuals are thieves and they do not respond to cease and desists orders. I am sorry that you have had an issue with this type of scam but I assure you we have nothing to do with it and your best recourse is to contact your credit card issuer and the FTC to report the crime.

[redacted], I am sorry you felt you were scammed, it appears as though you realized that you had indeed signed up for the service you are speaking of. None the less I am Daren N[redacted], the founder and CEO of iSupport Software and I assure you that my company, which is legally registered in the state of Oregon, doing business in Washington State and the legal trademark holder of iSupport Software. We have no employees, or outsourcing contracts, outside of the state of Washington and we have nothing to do with the charges that you may or may not have been illegally charged. As I have stated before we only deal with large software sales to businesses and never debit individual credit cards on a reoccurring basis. Our phone numbers are 360-397-1000 and 888-494-7638. I checked the call logs for the past month and can confirm that you did not call us as you referenced in your message. The company you contacted is using the iSupport name ILLEGALLY and as they are overseas we have little to no ability to stop them from using it. I assure you that we do not have anything to do with this company (you can see from our blog that we have been warning customers and fighting this company since November of 2015). You are welcome to call me directly at 360-901-3761. I have copied our corporate attorney who, along with our corporate banker, I would make available to a Revdex.com representative to confirm we are a victim just as you are.   Sincerely, Daren N[redacted]cc:Kurt R[redacted]Corporate CouncilTonkon Torp

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I wanted to update you on the complaint I filed in reference to iSupport software directly debiting my bank account for unauthorized services.  Mr. Daren N[redacted] from iSupport called me directly to offer his sincerest apology for my being scammed by a company using his company’s name.  He went out of his way to assure me that his company has nothing to do with what happened to me.  He did not have to take time from his busy schedule to contact me and reassure me and I greatly appreciated it.  I have CC’d his corporate attorney (I was not able to track down an e-mail address for Mr. N[redacted]) on this message and would like, at this point, to consider this matter resolved. Many thanks to the Revdex.com and Mr. N[redacted] for your rapid response to my complaint.Sincerely,

In regards to complaint #[redacted]. We do not deal with individual customers, we only sell to businesses and we do not bill credit cards. Furthermore we do not provide any type of personal computer support.  This individual was likely scammed by another company illegally using "iSupport" as a...

business name (likely this company http://www.isupportteam.com). We are pursuing legal action against this firm right now to stop using our name illegally. As you can see in his complaint the credit card company told him the charges were originating from MD and we only operate in the state of WA.

I ask that you please remove this bogus complaint against iSupport Software. Also any further communications from the Revdex.com should be directed to me via electronic mail @ [redacted]@isupport.com. USPS mail may not be responded to in a timely fashion.
