I ordered a jersey from iSwimShop 6 weeks ago, May 6, 2015, and the money was taken from my account immediately with a promise to send the jersey within 3-4 weeks. When I did not receive the jersey after 4 weeks I emailed a complaint and they said they'd send it asap. I still have not received the jersey and have since left 2 more emails and a Facebook message with no response. The Facebook page shows many people complaining they ordered jerseys which were not received yet as well.Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to see this order fulfilled.Business Response We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company! We had run into a lot of issues with your order. On June 23, at 10:47am, we issued a refund and cancellation to your order due to our inability to fulfill your jersey. We are a two-man team of college students and are doing our best to get everything necessary taken care of for our customers. We are sincerely apologetic towards the way your order was handled. It usually takes between 3-5 days for the refund to show in your account. Since you were refunded on the 23rd, you should see your refund noted in the account. I ordered two sweatshirts from this company on 11/11/2015. The total price (71.48) was paid via[redacted] on 11/12. I have contacted this company through email and [redacted] several times. The company responds that they are processing my order, but nothing ever changes , and I still do not receive the products that I have paid for. I would like a refund immediately. I paid $71.48.
