IT Strategies Group was providing/managing a BP Claim calculation website for our accounting firm We were being billed on a monthly basis using my credit card at a rate of $per month On/about Feb 20, they were notified to cancel the service, it was no longer needed Contacts at their firm were David *** and Emily *** Subsequent to cancellation of service, the have continued to bill the monthly service charge When I contacted Ms *** after the February billing she apologized and stated that they were having problems with their billing system Obviously they still are I have disputed the charge each month with the credit card company and the charge has been removed so I'm not getting billed for it; except for the aggravation and time wasted each month going through the charge disputing procedure
