Review: I receive five to fifteen emails from this company. I have over the last two weeks repeatedly unsubscribed and it has done no good.Desired Settlement: Stop all the harassing emails please.

Review: Basic problem is e-mail spam. I started getting them under the FROM line "Florida Vacation" and "Sanibel Vacation" then after I filled out their attached "unsubscribe" link, as well as e-mailed several e-mail addresses for the firm that I could find to please remove me from all of their lists, I continued to receive those identical e-mails, but ALSO began receiving e-mails FROM Visit Orlando. I again filled out the unsubscribe links attached, and even tried to unsubscribe for a higher level link on one of their sites. This brought all the SAME e-mails, PLUS one with a FROM line of "CRUISE". I repeated the unsubscribe links at several places, wrote a couple more e-mails to the e-mail addresses I could find, and this evening, I received a new one from TIME SHARE. ALL of them are the same general type, with multiple links to various business (related to the from line). The contact, privacy, and other information all goes back to IT Vendor Central, LLC. I'm not sure what else I can do to get them to stop e-mailing me their spam. I assume they are also sending it to millions of others, without permission. I noticed that they were part of the Revdex.com, and figured I would try to see if you can assist not only me, but all the others that receive their spam mailings. I don't know the anti-spamming laws if any, in NY, but would assume there has to something that prohibits this type of (continued) conduct and ignoring repeated requests for removal.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop spamming me from ANY of their companies, or affiliates, and to have them also stop spamming everyone else!

Thank you both for your time, to review this complaint.

As I explained, we have no idea about these emails that the consumer mentioned. We are an online ecommerce business, and we are not in the Cruise or Timeshare business as is mentioned in the comments, and as such we do not know how these emails could be sent using our company information - IT Vendor Central, LLC.

Also, it does not appear that the consumer - [redacted] is our customer, however in any case, we have unsubscribed this email from receiving any emails that we would send to our customers. Accordingly, they will not receive any emails from us.

I can offer to investigate this further if necessary, and if the consumer can forward the emails in question, we can have our technical support review it further.

I would request you to close this complaint as invalid. As such, our company details have been online on Revdex.com.org since 2009, and over that last 4 years, there have not been any complaints against our company, and this 1 sole complaint seems to be invalid as well.

Thank you for your request for additional information, as well as forwarding the companies response basically indicating that they are not involved.

They may be correct. However, if IT Vendor is not involved, someone is spoofing their contact information including name and address at the bottom of the e-mails, and spoofing IT Vendors "Our Services" (direct link to their web pages), "Privacy Policy" and "Unsubscribe" links under the "deal" being offered.

On the attached I have included several examples of e-mails (I believe the links are active - so they may be clicked to take you to the pages), as well as photo's of the web pages (series, since I can't do a computer screen shot of those pages); a copy paste of the Privacy Policy that lists IT Vendor name on it, and the unsubscribe page, which doesn't list them by name.

Granted, it is possible that all of these direct links/connects to IT Vendor may be being spoofed and IT Vendor is in the same boat I am....

However, I can only pass on what I have received.

IT Vendor may want to make efforts to track down whomever IS using their name and information and take appropriate action. I did include several of the e-mails with the links to you in follow up e-mails, but do not know if they were forwarded to IT Vendor for their review. It would seem to be in their best interests to do so.

IT Vendor indicated in their response to you that they did not do Cruises. I cut/pasted the below from the "Our Services" link:

When I click on the "ABOUT US" tab at the top of that web page - http[redacted] it shows:

This would therefore have to be another spoofing attempt by whomever is spoofing IT Vendor... Note that if you click on the CONTACT US link, the following appears:

Again, this may be another spoof....

Lastly, a web search of [redacted] (the webpage name that shows up on the links for IT Vendor) on google shows the following for the 1st 4 entries from the search result (there are many more - these are just the first four):
