I am attaching a dated screenshot (February 12, 2016) of the company's website which clearly states a 72-hour cancellation policy for overnight stays The owner has since changed her website to describe a 5-day cancellation policy, apparently attempting to justify keeping my moneyI never received a hard or soft copy of the agreement she provided and did not have this as a reference for the cancellation window listed on scanned agreementAdditionally, it is not reasonable to expect that the owner can selectively apply two different windows of cancellation at her convenience.

At this time *** made boarding reservations for *** starting December 23rd thru December29th, The check she wrote was for $261.99$ application fee$ toy$ boarding nights$ daycare (day of pick up)$ *** called on Sunday, December 20th, and cancelled the boarding reservation
The application clearly states under "Rules & Regulations" sub category "cancellation" and"reservations" that a 5-day cancellation notice is required or you forfeit the deposit
I feel I was very fair in how I handled the situationAs soon as I was able to fill the room/reservationtime that ***/*** booked, that was alii charged her forEven though it clearly states withoutthe 5-day cancellation notice you forfeit the depositI refunded the remaining amount of $
*** was only charged for four nights ($per night) the 23rd thru the 26th and the tworemaining nights and daycare refunded
In which you can see I promptly sent a cashiers check/refund
