Ms B*** says she sent the drawings certified mail, yet had the zip code to my address incorrectShe had *** instead of ***She sent me a text with the picture of the package which included the tracking infoThe tracking info shows that the package went directly from the post office back to her residence with no attempt at being delivered to my residenceThe package was "refused" by the post office, not meMs B*** had a month to respond to my calls and texts, to which I heard nothing from herSaturday 6/*/was the first correspondence I received from her as she accused me of refusing the package.I am still waiting to receive my plans

I personally corrected the zip code at the post office the day I mailed the envelope I have no control over what the post office did after that point When I received the envelope back it said "refused" on the envelope As I stated earlier today, I resent the envelope yesterday, June *,
