Scheduled with this company for a car delivery They stated, very clearly, that they had a driver and could pick up the car the next day (they were dishonest) They are a broker, and simply posted this shipment on Central DispatchWhen they couldn't deliver, I cancelled this on Uship I also notified them via text message (How we were communication prior to cancellation) They charged me $anyhow, saying that I didn't cancel via Fax machineReally? Fax machine? As apposed to being honest and not charging me (as they knew I had cancelled with them), they charged me anyhowVery dishonest company ***, the person who I was communicating with, sounds great at first, but lied when she said that she had a car The owner, ***, is not reasonable Talk about a business that doesn't understand customers Look at amazon, they put customer service

Review: I booked a car to be carried with a reputable company and on the load board for a few days with a decent rateThis company keeps calling me everydayEventually, because I was stupid enough I answered: the biggest mistake! The guy sounds cool(his fake name is *** ***) and tells me that first of all he is not a broker and I should never work with brokers, he is a direct car carrier and he will send me pictures with his trucks, so I can see his company name on the doors and see that he owns the trucks(we've never gotten there, I was not interested)Then he tells me that he can give me a quote if I give him the point of pick up and deliveryI explained to him from the beginning that I'm working with another company, but he's constantly talking about how the brokers are bad just to get your business and my load its on the board and uncovered yetI told him that I'm not giving him any more information until I checked with my curren
They picked up the car at the time they said they would and called me to let me know they had it and it was insuredThe driver called me again to let me know when he would deliver the car and where he wasVery pleased with the experience The car arrived when and where it was supposed to and had no problems or damage Very Happy ! !
Company failed to provide service by promised date, which caused me to take business elsewhere; however they still charged for services not rendered
State by State Transporters(Tow Truck Dispatchers) was hired from Miami, FL to dispatch a tow truck in Pennsylvania to make a pick up for a vehicle by the promised date of 1/09/This pick up was not made on time and further costs were incurred due to time and storage fees for the vehicleIt was then instructed to State by State Transporters to cancel any pick up as the promised date was not metThe pick up was made using another company who dispatched and met the terms; however State by State Transporters still charged me for the 'dispatching fee' of $even though no services from them were providedVery unprofessional and dishonest work
Ok so I hired sbs to bring me a truck from Phoenix arizona
We made a contract in the amount of dollar for the delivery of the pickup and I gave them a deposit of wich they charged off my card with out my consent it had to be in the amount of so the next day the delivery guy call me and tell me I had to give him cash when in reality it was so I tell him let me call sherry the lady from sbs so she tells me it was one of her despatchers that had made a mistake but for me not to worry about it, that was on Friday X-so monday 4-2-the driver calls me and told me I had to give him dollars because sherry told him my card was declined in wich my card dosent decline because I check the amount of money I have to work with so I tell the driver it cant beSo I called sherry at least times till she responded with a text saying my card was declined and when I check my account the money was refunded by sbs so now they went to dollars, and so sher
The company kept me inform during the of the transporting of my vehicleThe paper work was simple and price very reasonableI will recommend their service anytime
They were very helpful in arranging a schedule of convenience for my vehicle to be deliveredThe driver of the transport truck was courteous and kept me informed as to where he was and when he would arriveIt was a very Good experience dealing with them
I signed a contract with SBS Transportation to have my car delivered to County Rod South Point Ohio however we received a call later telling us we had to pick the car up in Virginia (Peppers Ferry Road) This is miles away from the agreed upon location
We did drive to pick up the car which was total miles and over hours of my time SBS violated their contractual agreement and I would like to be refunded the amount I paid $
I have called several times to try and speak with *** however he will not return my calls
