I did color this young lady's hairShe came in requesting light blonde hairWe used pictures to determine the color she was requestingI did explain to her it would be a process and she would be spending a few hours with meI also asked her
if she had a budget and she said noWe used a high lift color that is very gentle to the hair and a few highlightsWe did treatments to maintain the integity of her hairShe was surprised by the lightness of her hair as it was a big changeAs far as the cutshe wanted to get rid of the triangle shape and has curly hairI explained to her that we would be cutting the hair into a shape and the cut would not be evenShe called back the day after and we talked on the phoneShe was having trouble getting used to the colorI offered her an appointment that day and she took itShe did not show upI called her back and rescheduled her for another day so we could deepen her hairShe did not show upI was contacted on *** by her, complaining about her hairI responded that I always stand behind my work and requested that she come in so I can take a look at her hairShe told me she already went somewhere else and had it redone and cut off, and was requesting her money backI explained to her that I offered her appointments to look at her hair and make things goodShe did not show up to either and unfortunately since I did not even get a chance to look at it there was nothing else I could doYes, I did stop responding to her on *** as no one should continue to tolerate a verbal bashingespecially when you have offered to make it goodMy salon does not offer money backWe do stand behind our workand want all of our guests to be happy

First of all, she is incorrect on many thingsI understand MS.*** is an instructor for *** and has a class about making the mess ups the clients fault as I know people who have taken itThere was NO discussion on the costThere also was no discussion of my cut being crooked or that she was going to cut it so sloppy that my length would be gone except for a very thin amount of hair only in the backI did show her a picture of the blonde I wanted and what I received from her was almost white with a yellow/gold skunk stripe on the top of my headI did contact her thru *** privatelyI had someone else correct it because I was terrified of what my hair would look like if I allowed her to do it againAfter I realized how bad it was how could I let her? I paid for these two 'conditioning' treatments in the $I spent at her salonI was never informed of a no refund policyWhen I contacted her on *** she said she would call me the next dayShe did notI tried calling the salon twice and never got an answerI contacted her once more on ** and she is yet to respondI understand customer service and I also understand what is rightI spent $totalto have my hair done and still am not happy with it d/t ll oosing inches bc of her mess upIf she did not damage myhair why did I have sores and bad breakage BEFORE the other stylist corrected the cut and color? If you stand by your work why wont you give me my $ back? You did screw up and you are just refusing to admit it and trying to make me look at fault bc this is what she teaches in classHonesty and ethicalI want my $ backI would also like to add the this stylist was going to charge me to fix her mistakesMy family are business owners and I know that refunds can be made per the ownerThis stylist is the owner and she CAN give a refundShe chooses not toI would also like to add that I was charged for a block color plus additional colors and as u can see by the pictures there are only 2, the bleach and one low lightI have had at least stylists give me advice on how to 'baby my hair' d/t the damage this stylist createdThe first appointment I was unable to make and I called and canceled BEFOREHANDThe second appointment (days later) I had found the really uneven cut like a long mullet and the sores were still there and I didnt want anything worse nor was I paying her more money when I had already spent $in her salonShe said she would call mewhat ever happened to that phone call Shauna? You are not a person of your word nor do u stand by your workI am asking for my money back please
