Complaint # ***As I said before he never mentioned in person or in his ads that there is no refunds or exchangesHis no refund/ exchange policy was not visible at eye levelSign was placed up overhead were you would not notice itI have a written receipt showing NO refund or exchange policy on itHe has now deleted his ads that he posted on the fishing poleBut at that time his ad had no saying about his no refund policyWill H*** is a big liar and trying to make himself look like the victimThe police did not remove me from the store because I left on my own terms and I also did not make any scene at that time there was no other customers at the store but he and I I can provide proof from an email were he tried to con me out of more money if I paid him another extra $and he would give me another poleEverything this guy says is a big LIE! Worst business to ever deal withHe sells nothing but junk like the rest of the things he sells!

This is a BB concernThis gy did by on fishing pole fromThis pole was sold from A add of Cragslist for one thingHe did come to my store to pick the pole than he came back said it broke on himHe than made a big seen at my storeHe had sent
me e-mail calling me bad namesI than explain to him and showed him sign at eye level that are posted in my storeNotice everything sold as is so please inspect all items before purchase no refunds on any new or used iteams so further more than he custed at me and than I had to call to have him removed form my store I have sold about of the same Lamiglas rod and over other fishing rod in years I have not one customer complaint in yearsAs well as this pole was broke by negligance as I said before this refund is in the store rules no refund as goodwill has same rulesWhen this pole sold from Craglist as so please look into what I have said and please donot put any complaint ont my Revdex.comThank as this store of Oregon department of Justice Civil Enforcement Division has closed the case as you should
