I contacted her immediately to acknowledge the mistake in IJL's contact with her and to confirm that no further contact would be made
We apologize for any inconvenience to her and wish her the best

I have not received any contact from *** following the complaintEven if I had, I would not be satisfied***'s office has neglected to take me out of their cold-call database for yearsI don't trust that it will happen nowAs I said initially, I request that someone higher up in the IJL organization assure me that this has been taken care of

I left a voicemail message for Ms*** on 3/13/15, immediately before providing my first response to the Revdex.com on that same dayI called Ms*** a second time and spoke to her this morning (approx9:AM.) I let her know I had left her a voicemail on 3/and she indicated she had not listened to it
I also informed her that I am the best person to handle her request as I oversee all operations for all IJL Midwest franchise locations, including ChicagoThere is no one "higher up" for Ms*** to hear from
I can assure Ms*** that all of her contact information has been deleted as of 3/13/There is no possible way that anyone from *** would be able to contact her moving forward
